Skills and Certifications

Renaissance Development Inc. is the preeminent contractor in brick restoration and preservation of historic homes, schools/institutions, and commercial properties.

Company supervisors have the training and experience needed to manage the contractual responsibilities of each project. Certifications include:

• Lead Abatement
• OSHA 30-hour Construction

Crew members are all OSHA Scaffolding /Fall Protection certified. Some also have additional training in the following:

• Stairways and ladders
• Hazard communication
• Personal protective equipment
• Concrete and masonry safety
• Walking and working surfaces

All employees are background checked and substance tested.
