Job Description:
Renaissance Development is seeking to hire a talented, outgoing individual who will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with new clients. This team member will meet directly with clients and prepare project/scope of work proposals. This individual should be personable, proactive, motivated, and detailed oriented.
Job Duties:
• Visiting job sites/meeting new clients
• Client correspondence (phone & email)
• Preparing written proposals
• Communicating with subs and team
• Meeting quarterly sales goals
• Assisting with production schedule
Key Requirements:
• 3+ years’ experience in construction
• Reliable transportation, driver’s license, insurance
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
• Sales background is a plus
Additional Skills and Assets:
• Experience with CRM platforms
• OSHA Certified
